Welcome to Pick'em Club. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, services, and content. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, you should not access the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Pick'em Club only for lawful and permitted purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, or misuse any data available through the platform.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access Pick'em Club and for any activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
Pick'em Club has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the service, you agree not to post, transmit, or share content that falls into any of the following categories:
Hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted intimidation of any user or public person.
Threats of violence or content that incites harm to any individual or group.
Doxxing or sharing of personal identifying information (home address, phone number, private email, etc.) without the subject's consent.
Sexual content, including sexually explicit material, nudity, or content that sexualizes minors.
Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of self-harm.
Spam, scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive commercial solicitation.
Impersonation of another person, club, or organization.
Content that promotes illegal activity or violates applicable law.
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and may have their accounts terminated. We reserve the right to take these actions at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
We review reported content within 24 hours. To report objectionable content or an abusive user, contact us at support@pick-em.club. You may also block individual users from within the app once that feature is available in an upcoming release.
In addition to human review, we use automated filtering on user-submitted content such as chat messages and display names. Content that is automatically flagged as violating these standards will be blocked at submission.
Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. When material changes are made we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
